Refund Policy
1. Digital product
Under the Table is supplied as digital content. Because digital content can normally be accessed immediately after purchase, withdrawal rules may work differently from rules for physical goods.
2. EU and EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost once access or downloading begins only where you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right in the manner required by law.
The checkout should therefore include an unticked consent statement before immediate digital delivery and the purchase confirmation should record that consent and acknowledgement.
3. Faulty or inaccessible content
If the file is corrupted, substantially different from what was advertised, or you cannot access a purchase because of a technical problem on our side, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will first try to provide working access or a replacement. Where applicable law requires a price reduction, refund or other remedy, we will provide it.
4. Duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake, contact us with the transaction details so the duplicate payment can be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
5. Change of mind after valid immediate delivery
If you expressly requested immediate access and validly acknowledged the loss of your statutory withdrawal right, a change of mind after access has begun may not create a right to a refund. This does not affect rights relating to defective digital content or any other mandatory legal rights.
6. How to request help
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email used for purchase, the approximate purchase date and the transaction reference. Do not send full payment card numbers.
